How to have a relaxing day at home…..

Morning:

1. Stay in bed for as long as you want

2. Eat breakfast in bed and read/watch TV.

3. Pamper yourself and have a mini spa

4. Have a nice relaxing long bath..

Afternoon: do whatever you feel like doing. Here are some suggestions:

  • Take a long walk.
  • Sow seeds and water them
  • Watch a movie with some exquisite snacks.(treat yourselves to some sugary snacks……not to0 many)
  • Read your favourite book.
  • Draw
  • Dance
  • Jog while listening to your favourite playlist.
  • Take a nap.
  • Have a mini picnic in the park.

Evening: Order takeaway/Cook something you’ve never tried before/why don’t you invite a few friends over for dinner.

Freshen up and go to bed with a relaxed mind and body!
